Our Members
WeCount! is a membership-based organization. Our members are immigrant workers and families in South Florida, pay annual dues, and take on active roles in building our organization. Our members are organizing across industries to build a movement led by immigrant workers.
Our Leaders
Our leadership development program develops worker leaders across our organization, from our Worker Committees to our Board of Directors. As a member-led organization, our Board of Directors is composed exclusively of dues-paying members who are democratically elected by our membership base at our Annual Congress.
